Enjoy a delicious buffet of wild game, Brown's beer at the cash bar, a raffle to benefit Pints for Prostates, and the conference championships on the big screen.
Chef Nigel’s buffet style menu will include assorted appetizers, alligator gumbo, bison flank steak tacos, wild rice cranberry salad, pheasant bratwurst hoagies, rabbit sausage stew, sumac five spice pork belly, and amazing desserts (if you have room!).
Pints for Prostates is a grassroots campaign designed to raise awareness about prostate cancer and the importance of early detection in fighting the disease. The group was founded in 2008 after beer journalist Rick Lyke was diagnosed at 47 years old and successfully treated.
