OMB Copper Classic in Charlotte Helps Raise Awareness About Prostate Cancer

Charlotte, N.C. — The fourth annual OMB Copper Classic to benefit Pints for Prostates will be held on Aug. 17 at the Olde Mecklenburg Brewery at 215 Southside Dr. in Charlotte.
The OMB Copper Classic is a fun 1,000 yard dash around the block benefiting Pints for Prostates. You can run, walk or whatever around the block to help fight prostate cancer.
Pints for Prostates will have information available for men about the importance of early detection in the fight against prostate cancer. Beer fest attendees can also make a donation to receive a chance to win a 9-night European Beer Adventure for two that will travel to Belgium, Holland and Germany in September. Tickets for the event are only $15 and include entry to the race, a Copper Classic T-shirt, two pints of beer, live music and a donation to the charity. Food will be available for purchase.
