Berkeley, Calif. — Pyramid Alehouse is teaming up with Pints for Prostates to fundraise during November — “MOvember” — when men across the country stop shaving their facial hair and grow mustaches to generate awareness for men’s health charities.
Guests at the Pyramid Alehouse at 901 Gilman St. in Berkeley can donate to Pints for Prostates by purchasing the Pint of the Day in a special glass. The guest gets top keep the MOvember glass, with the Pyramid and Pints for Prostates logo, and $1 goes to charity. Also any purchase of a new Pyramid Growler will result in a $1 donation to Pints for Prostates.
Pyramid Alehouse staff are also growing moustaches to show their support. You can cheer them on by visiting the Pyramid Alehouse or its special Facebook page setup to track the progress (http://www.facebook.com/events/123686147789323/#!/events/123686147789323/) and also donating to MOvember in their honor at this link: https://www.movember.com/
